Sales teams across Amazon Ads were struggling to find and access relevant product training and enablement materials. Content was scattered across multiple systems, lacked clarity in structure, and didn’t reflect the end-to-end journey sales reps go through when preparing for customer conversations. The goal was to design a centralized, intuitive hub that made it easy for global teams to access learning paths, marketing collateral, and training tools in one place.

Discovery & Research

  • Held 1:1 interviews and small focus groups with sales reps and enablement stakeholders

  • Created user personas

  • Audited existing training resources and usage metrics

  • Identified key friction points in discoverability and navigation

Design Strategy

  • Created a modular design system within the wiki, allowing for consistent but flexible page layouts

  • Used icon-based navigation and color-coded paths to improve scanning

  • Aligned content structure to user mental models (e.g., “Identify → Learn → Prepare”)
